These fittings are made of brass. The Uponor Q&E fittings are suitable for installation with cross-linked polyethylene pipes manufactured by Uponor (Aqua Pipe, Comfort Pipe, Comfort Pipe PLUS, Radi Pipe, Klett Comfort Pipe, and Minitec Comfort Pipe) and Uponor Q&E Evolution rings in plumbing, radiator heating, and radiant climate control systems. These fittings offer up to 20% more flow rate than fittings from other piping systems. The Uponor Quick&Easy system, and the fittings as part of this system, comply with the UNE EN ISO 15875 standard and are certified by AENOR.
