The Midea M-Thermon A 12T (model MHC-V12W/D2RN8-B2ER90, code 14082178) is a three-phase air-to-water monobloc heat pump from the Arctic range, designed for heating and cooling in homes and buildings with thermal demands around 12 kW (A7/W35). It features R-32 refrigerant, wired control, WiFi connectivity, and compatibility with zoning systems (Airzone, Acuazone) and BMS.

Important: The unit does not autonomously produce DHW; to have DHW in the installation, an external tank/indirect tank (not included) with its hydraulic and control accessories is essential.
